The Parco della Rimembranza — known to Orentano residents as "la Croce" — stands on the site of the village's old cemetery, decommissioned in 1885. The iron cross and the memorial stone date back to the 1930s.

Today, the park gathers the memorials to the Orentano fallen, creating the serene and silent effect of a small war cemetery among the trees. It can be visited in a few minutes, along with the nearby Monumento ai Caduti.
